RETAIL ASSOCIATE/GENERAL LABOR
Job Responsibilities Include but is not limited to;

Providing friendly efficient service to all customers
-
Greeting all customers with a smile and asking what they need help with & what brought them in to the store

Circulating the parking lot for carriages
-
Answering any questions a customer may have
-
Escorting customers and their purchases to their car and thanking them for their business
-
Maintaining front and side retail yards
-
Loading soil and mulch into customers cars
-
Must be able to lift heavy objects and/or have no other physical limitations
-
Perform other physical tasks and/or working on your feet for the duration of your shift.
CASHIER/RETAIL ASSOCIATE
Job Responsibilities Include but is not limited to;

Outstanding customer service
-
Cashiering in fast-paced garden center
-
Answer phone
-
Keep area clean and stocked
-
Ability to multitask
-
Greet customers and be able to direct their questions to the right team member

Customer-service focused
-
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Prior experience in horticulture working with plants and gardening products is highly valued but not necessary if candidate is willing to learn.

Must be friendly and possess a customer centric mentality and conduct every interaction with confidence and a smile on your face.
PART TIME FLORAL DESIGNER
Job Responsibilities Include but is not limited to;
2-3 days per week
Start time: 5:00 AM (to visit and pick up from the flower market)
RESPONSABILITIES:

Drive to and from the flower market in a cargo van
-
Prepare and cut fresh flowers
-
Merchandise floral cooler
-
Create floral arrangements as specified for weekly sales
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Comfortable driving a cargo van
-
Experience with floral design and flower preparation
-
Must be dependable, punctual, and meet production goals
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design instructions
